Namanya tahu balek yang secara harfiah berarti "tahu terbalik". Hal ini menggambarkan bentuk tahu dimana bagian dalam tahu yang warnanya putih, justru berada disisi luar. Sementara sisi warna kuning, ada di bagian dalamnya. Selain tahu balik, tersedia pula mie sop dan menu lainnya.
